I have been diagnosed with DNS on the left side and i have a constant pain on the left side of the eye area till back of the neck , I am scared of the after effects of getting DNS operated , need some guidance on it .

Deviated nasal septum is a common condition and if causing symptoms of prolonged nasal obstruction needs to be operated. But for sole reasons of pain in frontal region surgery is not really required.
