Developmental delay

My son is 22 months old still he is not talking even a word,from 7 th month no eye contact no naming response but physically he reached his milestones.later came to know tat we had given mobile to him tats the reason his milestones delayed.now don't know what to do shall I put him occupational therapy? Is it affect his future or any chances there to change him? Very stressed

it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of the child needs to be done which will tell whether the child is having any development delay or not. the child will be assessed for four major milestones that is gross motor fine motor social and language.
