I used dettol on my face 1month ago. Then it was dark black but now it become reddish with slight black colour. Is it completely fine? I am also having small rashes (daane) face and little iching . it might be because of the use of different cream on my face ? Now I'm using No Scars cream .is it good for dettol burn scar?

Avoid using any creams on your own and consult a dermatologist near you at the earliest to avoid post burn pigmentation.
