Need help on the items required to perform dressing by ourselves for the infection caused pus. Already pus and little blood oozed out and cleaned with lukewarm water earlier. Currently it looks aweful and hollow like near the hand fingernail. Due to Covid 19 situation seeing a doctor is not an option. Already consulted doctor in practo and taken medicine. Today also doctor provided few more medicine via practo and asked if we can see a local doctor for dressing the wound. Need urgent help on the items to clean the wound and if any cream or anything can be used. Any other suggestions are also welcome. Thanks in advance.

Kindly share pics. For any dressing you need sterile gloves, gauzes, Normal saline, antiseptic ointment like Mupirocin, bandages and micropore tape. It would be better if you consult a local doctor for initial dressings and then continue at home as it has to be done correctly otherwise the infection can increase.
