Desentry from last night

I have headache from day before yesterday and it got increased last night. Also felt that I  have slight fever. I took Paracetamol tablet. I felt alright this morning. But in the noon I was very tired and feel like sleeping immediately. Now I have loose motion and passed two times from evening. Can you suggest me on this
