I have a dermoid cyst on scalp since 2 years. Is it okay ? It's small in size. Do I need to be worried?

Did any doctor diagnose it as dermoid cyst ? A dermoid cyst is unlikely to be of recent onset . It is more likely to be a sebaceous cyst which requires excision with clear removal of cyst wall, a simple Incison and Drainage or partial excision may lead to recurrence
