I have this on my left foot for 6 years now. I have it only on 1 foot. Should i check it up or cream will be sufficient.? I do have pain when there is pressure on it. I got used to it. But my friend said to check it up. So, is it serious?

You have a call us on your foot. Call us develops from constant pressure on a particular place. It is not dangerous. It is a protective mechanism where the skin becomes thick in areas receiving more pressure. If it is painful then show it to a dermatologist near you.
