I would like to know if my health insurance can pay for my depression therapy sessions. I have taken the Goldberg's depression test and it  says that I am highly depressed and require therapy urgently.

Goldberg test is screening test for depression .if you have symptoms of deprssion consult a psychiatrist. And about the insurance coverage contact your insurer to know about it.
