It is normal to feel the way you are feeling, more so, if you have been punished for no fault of yours. We all make snap and hasty decisions, when we are upset. Hence it is important to distract self talk to friends and family. Give time for frustration and anger to settle. If no improvement after few weeks, you might need professional help.
