Hello. I think you should motivate yourself to face the daily challenges in your life both good and bad equally. Everyone has some problem in their life which each one of them overcomes by sharing their problems with their friends and family, by concentrating on the work they are involved I suggest you to do that. Every day when you wake before doing anything make a plan for that day from morning till you sleep what are the things you want to do, it doesn't matter if it happens or not just plan it. Atleast one of your planned things will definitely happen, try to appreciate as it happens. Do daily meditation and yoga without failing. Before sleeping every day try to remember one successful thing or one good thing that has happened in that entire day. Try to appreciate little victories in your life, however small that victory might appear to you and others it doesn't matter, try to appreciate it for example getting a bus on time, having a timely delicious meal, getting a unexpected help etc this things can give hope that their is lot more in your life to look forward.
