My mom is facing this issue from long. She is too very nervous all the time. She doesn't speak to anyone and it seems like she is always thinking something. She always remain silent. most importantly she stays maximum time alone. She lost all her interest towards anything or everything.. Please help me with your advice or suggestions.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If she is feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
