Hello dear,
I can understand your distress and angst at the current situation. However please realise that your reaction to this loss of relationship is quite normative. It is a usual response to an unusual situation. Hence please give yourself time for healing and recovery. In the meanwhile please try to engage in some pursuit of your choice, try to be around people who care about you like your friends and family, engage in some light physical exercise like jogging/walking etc, eat healthy, maintain regular sleep and wake timings, maintain your routine and do not please engage in self pity or over analysing the problems. Please remember the old adage that "this too shall pass."
Help yourself heal, and please give yourself time.
However in any of the below mentioned complications please seek a professional opinion by a psychiatrist near you-
A. Suicidal ideation or ideas of self har.
B. In case significant time has elapsed and you cannot return to your usual self
C. Significant compromise on day to day functioning
D. Significant impairment in sleep or appetite
Or any other symptoms that are too disturbing..
Hope this helps you somewhat, best wishes for your health and future..
Warm wishes for your recovery...
