You seem to be going through a tough time. What you are going through is because of the depression which causes a person to feel helpless, hopeless and worthless. It will make you believe that there's nothing to live for now and suicide is the only way out. But the reality is that if the symptoms of depression lift a little, you will start seeing hope, purpose to live and meaning to life.
Next Steps
Since you are suicidal please go to the nearest hospital emergency department and see a psychiatrist and psychologist. There's treatment for depression available which is very successful.
Health Tips
To break the negative and overthinking pattern, think in detail about the happiest moments of your life, how you felt and what they mean to you. Do this exercise every day at least 3 times. It will slowly make you feel happier, calmer, confident and in control. Do remember that this exercise is not a complete solution to overcome/manage depression. There's more that can be done.
