I am taking revotril 0.5 mg per day for last 2 years now I am facing problem like headache how should I decrease the dose of medicine or I should stop it suddenly

There are several other causes for your headache. So consult you doctor to rule out any neurological problem behind it. Several psychiatric problem also can cause headache. Rule out any eye sight problem as well if required after consulting a psychiatrist
