This is a very common problem now a days. Firstly you have to believe in yourself. You need to motivate yourself to get out of this. You can have  some sessions with psychiatrist that also will help.  Change your life style to a healthy one. Eat healthy and mood booster food. Do early morning jog ,exercise and yoga. You can also join dance classes, zumba classes or yoga classes if available in your area. Keep yourself  busy. Listen to motivational speech. Listen to music of your liking. Hope all the above factors will help you to recover from depression.
