You appear to be quite anxious..I can empathize with you..Just relax..there is a solution for everything...You need to find someone close to share your situation..Even with parents..Think about having dayshift job..If not possible take proper sleep in day time..have regular meals,..keep in touch with close buddies....Also Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case...It will help for sure...Feel free to reach us..ok
