Hi Doctor, My name is Abhishek. I am 26 years old. I am having a big story in my life which i will make it as short... 1) My dad passed away in 2007. 2) On a very same year, my gf left me. 3) After 3 yrs one of the person in our group breaks the friendship between me and my best frnd. I was depressed that time. Since then i am unable to make interest in any daily activities. I get scared to talk to anybody even if i know that person. Sometimes my frnds cracks joke on me...even i know they use to do it for fun but still my head got pain and sweat comes out of my body. Now i have a gf but because of such thing i am even not able to make her happy. Doc...please help me out. Now it is on another level...sometimes my head get heavy and i want me to shout loudly Please help me out of this. Suggest me some medicines. Thanks Doc. Abhishek

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If she is feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
