Can depression be related to smoking . Even though I feel like this is a cycle of being stressed and alone and turning to smoking cigs, which makes me even feel more messed up inside. I woke up today morning and started crying, told my self that I'd stop smoking but smoked the way I do anyway. Should I turn to nicotine gums, are the effective ?
