Hello U haven't mentioned about what side effects u are facing right now, complete evaluation of the illness and risk benefits of present drugs that u are using  must be done, then you can change medication under supervision. Since your wedding is coming up next month and it's such an important milestone, it might be a good idea to consult with a psychiatrist for a thorough check-up. They can help you assess everything fully and make sure you're in the best possible place, mentally and emotionally, for your big day.

It should be possible to reduce the number of medications after a detailed evaluation of symptoms and treatment history. But a premature cessation of treatment is not advisable, as it may cause a relapse especially considering you are undergoing a major change in your life at the moment. You would require close follow ups while the medications are being changed.
Next Steps
See a psychiatrist
Health Tips
I would suggest that apart from medicines, some work in therapy, some daily physical activity would also help!
