Depressed...

Feels crying all the time...Mind creates a cycle of thoughts which are repetitive always. No confidence.no decision taking power.mood changes very fast. Same boring lifestyle but not able to change it. Tries to change it but fails...Feels very low always...My family is suffering because of me. Tries to run away from situations which needs to be faced...Help me out.

Since how long has this been happening? Do you also get suicidal thoughts sometimes? Did something stressful happen in your life ? Your symptoms most likely point towards depression. Please see a Psychiatrist so that you can be helped.

Dear Sir I can imagine it must be quite difficult for you. Feeling sad,crying spells,lack of interest in things that you liked doing before,feeling hopeless,low Energy levels and tiredness,poor self esteem,disturbed sleep and appetite can all be symptoms of depression.depression is a treatable medical condition and can be effectively treated with medications and psychological therapy.please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further management.
