Depin 10Mg tablet during pregnancy

I am 20 weeks pregnant and recently took scan and blood test. Doctor whom i consulted told me the opening in Uterus is small and prescribed Depin 10Mg(twice a day). My wife started feeling giddiness and sweating during night after taking this tablet. Could any one suggest are these symptoms are side effects of Depin?

Yes they are. Depin is not supposed be taken at such early gestational ages. If the cervical length is less than 2.5 cm go for cerclage
