Want opinion regarding back upper jaw teeth. RCT treatment for salvaging teeth can not be of much help. Any other option as tooth is sensitive in nature. Pulp is damaged as per x-ray investigation. I don't want to go for extraction. Any other way out any suggestions.

Choice is either RCT or extraction if the pulp is infected. If the tooth csn be restored then RCT is advisable
