Bleeding gums and painful gums is due to deposits in your teeth(plaque and calculus)..and tooth pain may be due to cavitation of your teeth ..First and foremost X-RAY has to be taken to rule out the cause of pain..if tooth pain is due to cavitation then you need to go for filling or root canal treatment depends on extent of the cavity.....
