There is pain my tooth and RCT is already in process and doctor suggest for Capping on tooth.

hello, normally the pain should go once the rct is done. if the pain still persists my advise will be wait and watch until the tooth becomes asymptomatic before you go for crown. if the pain is present even after a month or so get the tooth rechecked
Next Steps
Visit your dentist and ask about crowning for the rc treated tooth once the pain goes away.

Have faith on your doctor ... treatment he is giving u must be wat you need ... nd capping should be done after root canal treatment to protect the tooth from getting fractured or reinfection...
