Hi, as per your history, if you think implant is only option left for fixed teeth then you need it. You need to come for consultation to find out if there is any other option possible. Tooth to implant bridge is not recommended, as it will make your tooth loose overtime,and that bridge will be wasted.,and you will need more implants after that.

Ask ur doctor for other options. U can have bridge of porelain crown or ceramic crown that will be quite cheaper as compared to implant and will also have a higher success rate than implant.
