Dental implants
Hello sir/mam ,just 3 weeks back I got dental implants for 4 teeth and bone grafting in the premaxilla after meeting with an accident 3 months back. Please please please let me the know the do's and dont's in my daily lifestyle . I keep my mouth hygienic regularly, please tell other safety precautions of a successful implants .
About the physical activity(can I run,jump and play), sleeping style , eating (like chicken ,fruits..after how long can i eat) .

You dont need to take any extra precautions. You can do your normal routine physical activity. U can eat according to your own choice. Implant is in the phase in which it forms bond with bone. It is an internal thing. U just need to keep that area clean... thats it! Hygiene is the most important thing. Thanks a lot
