Sir/mam i m undergoing bone graft +dental implant for lower ist molar as the whole procedure will take approx 1 year if i dont wear partial denture for 1 yr will my tooth shift or upper molar will come down

Consult Now
Slight movements will be there. Multiple steps of implant will be done in that area so denture not advisable. If no work is going to be done for entire one year in that area then you can wear denture. Lastly let your working dentist decide as he knows your case clinically.

Slight movment with the teeth is expected. Let your treating doctor decide on how long can the area that needs to be restored be kept without any prosthesis or temporary restoration.
