If platelets is 40000. Then what should be next immediate action. Way to increase platelets immediately.

Hello Dear, Having proper diet is the only sure way to increase the platelet count. Repeat the platelet count again after a week.

I can understand your concern. having platelets of only 40000 is a very risky thing and the patient needs hospitalization. without wasting time i would suggest you to take the patient to a hospital and consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
