Hello, As your wife is having dengue fever with platelets count 96000 is not so worrisome issue but you have to do blood test daily to Check her platelet count and if it is falling then you might need to get her hospitalise. Also as you said her stomach is floppy it is because of the effect of viral infection once the infection settles it will be fine and if it is really hurting then get an ultrasonography done.
