Delusion, sudden anger.

I had OCD and was in medication from 2013-15. The symptoms were gone in that time, but recently delusion (doubt) and sudden anger is occurring frequently. Should I consult Psychological Counselor ? Do I need medicine.?

Hi. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing symptoms again. I would suggest that you meet your psychiatrist again to get evaluated. Doubts are not necessarily delusions. Doubts can be a very integral part of OCD. In fact, doubts are one of the most common obsessions seen in OCD. Since, with medications you had a good response last time, it would be beneficial to restart it again after consulting your psychiatrist. In addition, psychological intervention in form of behavior therapy will help in much better and long lasting response.
Next Steps
Meet your psychiatrist without any further delay.
Health Tips
Try a combination of medications with behaviour therapy for better response.
