Delivery - Induce pain or C section?

Hi, My wife's 39th week is complete. In case there is no natural pain, what is the most recommended method for delivery? Should we try inducing pain or go for C-section? What are the pros and cons? Are there any risks to either mom or baby in both these options? Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Go for induction of labour sir . Normal delivery is ideal though c section is unavoidable at times due to fetal or maternal distress
