I take mesalamine tabs for ulcerative colitis. Is  Prolonged release tabs better than delayed release mesalamine tablets? The price difference is quite significant between the two.

Hi. It's not about which one is better it is about in which conditions both are prescribed. Both have  different release and that why used in different cases. So what you have that matters
