I have not got my period this month.. It has been delayed for 12 days. What could be the reason.???  I am very much tensed about it.. Please help

Hi good evening Thnxs for your question Don't worry If u missed your regular period date than do urinary pregnancy test with morning urine sample if u do unprotected sex. And if u didn't do unprotected sex than u should do ultrasound of pelvis to evaluate ovaries and uterus for further treatment.
