Delayed periods after Susten/Macgest

Hello . I have been advised by doctor to take macgest but wasn't communicated for how many days . Instead of taking the pill for 10 days I took macgest for 10 and susten for 4 days .is that delaying my period ? I have a 28 day cycle but haven't got periods on day 30
