  4. Delayed period. I know what can be done?

My period got delayed and i took primolut n for 4 days and its been 3 days i stopped. Pregnancy test is negative . Today is 4th day after stopping tablet. I could see red discharge but no bleeding. I have cramps also but no bleeding. Can i know what can be done ?
