I took tranexamic acid last month for heavy periods. I have had pregnancy symptoms for the past couple of weeks but negative hpts. My period was due five days ago. It's usually like clockwork. I'm not on any other meds.

If you are not pregnant then you can expect your menses in another 7 days If still delay occurs visit a gynecologist
