LMP - July 22, I have irregular periods, took home upt on sep 7th it was negative, underwent transabdominal pelvic ultrasound on sep 22nd September and was diagnosed with pcod, doc suggested taking regulate 5mg (1-0-1) for 4 days from 29th September to 2 nd October. Took home upt on 3 October which was negative again, was sexually active last on August 3rd, when can I expect my periods coz as informed should have gotten periods within 3 days I.e within 5th of October , I am attaching a copy of ultrasound scan. Should I be concerned about my health
