Hello doctor, From past 4 months period is getting delayed by 7 to 10 days. Hence I don't know ilmy exact ovulation date. I'm planning for baby from last 6 months . please suggest best days for being in physical relationship.

Hello , with irregular periods its difficult to calculate ovulation period , body temperature increases a bit during ovulation due to increased basal metabolic rate, cervical mucus becomes thick and changes it consistency , you have to involve in sex for 4-5 days around ovulation date .
