Delay in periods

It has been almost 2 months my periods is delayed..i got my periods on jan 12th..since then i dint get my periods..i had taken deviry 10 mg for 5 days as my doctor had adviced.but it dint help either..finally i had done a scanning which showed endometrial thickness is 8 mm and right ovary is enlarged and shows a thin walled clear cyst measuring 43*33mm..well and i am getting little back pain and cramp like pain accompanied by slight brown discharge..but no sign of period still..what should i do?please help

Hello, pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome) is the most common problem faced by young women in present days . pcos in which a woman's hormones are out of balance and periods are irregular .  pelvic ultrasound, which might show enlarged ovaries with small cysts.consult gynaecologists and discuss on the furthur management of this problem.
