Delay in periods after taking planB pill

I had a contraceptive pill on 30th april and again on 11th May after unprotected sex. I had little bleeding on 13-14th May then stopped. Now its 13June and i still didn't get my periods which were supposed to come by 23rd Arpil. Is this delay normal or i should go for a pregnancy test? please help
