Delay in periods from 2 months what i do I had check by upt its showing negative result what is the reason for this

Hello well if you are already ruled out  pregnancy by doing the u p t test then I would suggest you to kindly meet a gynecologist as we need to evaluate you for the cause of delay in periods... it might be Hormonal changes..you also neet to undergo ultrasound abdomen...thank you
