Delay in period thyronorm tablet

I have started taking thyronorm 25 mcg tablet from 2 weeks, also iron tablet from few month . my period is delayed by 3 days, is it happening due to thyroid tablet. Please help me understand

Delayed in periods is not due to thyroid medicine. Do urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy if applicable

No thyroid tablet will not cause delayed periods. Need to know more details,  whether sexually active or not .If yes get a urine pregnancy test done.
