Delay in period

Hi doctors, I'm 22 years old, I started taking Dabigo as prescribed by a doctor as I'm recovering from Covid. But it's almost 5 days late and I'm not getting my period. I'm getting very scared. Please tell me the reason I'm not getting period, is it due to the blood thinner medicine ?
