Delay in memstrual cycle

It has been 4 months since I am experiencing delay in my periods cycle. I m 21 years old and since last four months my periods are always delayed for atleast two weeks... n now I have not experienced my menstrual cycle from two months. Last I experienced it was 26th of february 2016. Plzz help me with this. I dont know wat is happening.
