well body knws hw much fluid it has to keep..it has a sensor in our head..unless we consciously override it by too lil or too much water. if its too lil it vl make u go to wash room less frequently and if its toi much more frequently. as long as increase frequency is nt associated with burning sensation n fever with chills goin washroom frequent ly is nt big deal. its a welcm state dat ur body is responding quickly.
well i din want to scare u just wanted to u to knw hw water intake is important fr us..and wat catastrophe cn occur in dehydration
one more fact i wanted to share.. dehydration is one disorder which results in quick death by alternating acid base electrolyte imbalance in body and may cause cardiac arrest..again nt scaring u😋
