25 yo female current 7 weeks pregnant experiencing bouts of constant nausea ( despite anti nausea medication ) and frequents bouts of dehydration despite pushing fluids and IVs. Is there a condition where the body has trouble absorbing fluids / nutrients that gets worse with pregnancy?

Follow up with gynaecogist regularly. Eat small frequent meals. Plenty of fruit juices and coconut water
