Dehydration 12 dpo
Hi ,
It's 12 dpo today. Currently I am taking drogyana and progesterone sustained release tablets twice a day. From yesterday I am feeling severe nauseous and also experiencing dehydration which is causing weakness. Generally I have read that constipation is sign of pregnancy. As I am having dehydration does that mean I am not pregnant?
Constipation may be associated with pregnancy but we don't rely on constipation for diagnosis of pregnancy.
Please do a urine pregnancy test if you are overdue for your periods by 5 days.
