Deficiency of B12
My wife detected with deficiency of B12 & Vit. D3. It is 99 & 22 respectively. A schedule of one week of injections of ME12 & Arachitol was planned & done.
But she is feeling quite weak & restless. Trying to sleep but couldn't. Even not eating food properly. Feeling dry mouth & drinking water on short periods. After the course of injections, she is taking pills of Vit B12 on daily basis.
Please suggest how much time it takes to recover from it? & do we need to include something else in diet/ medication.

INJECTABLE VITAMIN D STILL TABLET OF CALCIUM CARBONATE ONE AT NIGHT FOR WHOLE LIFE. LIKE TABLET CAVIT PM ONE PER NIGHT.
