Deep vein thrombosis

I am suffering from deep vein thrombosis in my left limb since 9 months i had thrombosis attack on 30th may 2016....after which i was admitted in CCU for 10 days since den swelling has reduced but still i am suffering from it......i am taking 4-6 mg acitrom depending on my PT-INR report,....also having time to time venous doppler test.....i am at the most crucial period of my career....i was on wheelchair for 4 months i have started walking but i am confined to do very limited work .....doctor in AIIMS delhi and even other doctors has asked me to take life long medicines and necessary precautions regarding food and movements.....sir please help me out is dis disease curable????????? i couldn't join my job and i am at home....what to do for better recovery?

The limb swelling associated with DVT is likely to fully resolve provide the prescribed drug is taken and other precautions followed. Mild physical activity can be resumed. If the cause for DVT is taken care of, a near normal life should be possible.
