Deep Pigmentation on face

I am suffering from deep pigmentation from past few years and its got deepen more. I got very dark areas around my eyes areas and above cheeks. Its now days so dark that its visible and and anyone points out why i have such dark patches. Sum year back consulted the dermatologist and he suggested me chemical peeling. I did 2 sittings but it did not helped and increased more after it. Please suggest me what should i do as i feel moraly down due to dark patches and deep pigmentation on my face. Attaching few pictures which will give you some idea.
